A delicious apple and soy milk sweet dessert bowl rich in Protein, Calcium and Fiber. Healthy fruity dessert that satisfies the sweet tooth of a child and boosts growth.
Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and add 1/4th cup grated apple and saute it.
Add 1 tbsp sugar and cook till it caramelizes.
In another kadai, add 1 cup soy milk and bring to a boil.
Then add caramelized apple and mix well.
Add 1 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped walnut, 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder.
Allow the kheer to simmer.
Serve it chilled.
