Apple Kheer (Soy Milk) Recipe

A delicious apple and soy milk sweet dessert bowl rich in Protein, Calcium and Fiber. Healthy fruity dessert that satisfies the sweet tooth of a child and boosts growth.

1/4 Cup(58.0 gm) Apple (Grated )
1 Cup(208.0 ml) Soy Milk
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi Powder
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Walnut (Chopped)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and add 1/4th cup grated apple and saute it.

  • Add 1 tbsp sugar and cook till it caramelizes.

  • In another kadai, add 1 cup soy milk and bring to a boil.

  • Then add caramelized apple and mix well.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped walnut, 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder.

  • Allow the kheer to simmer.

  • Serve it chilled.
