Apple Almond Milk Kheer With Sugar Recipe

1.0 Cup(200.0 ml) Almond Milk
1/4 Grated Cup(58.0 gm) Apple
1.0 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Walnut
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat 2 tsp ghee in a sauce pan.

  • Add 1/4th cup grated apple and saute.

  • Add 1 tbsp sugar, cook till it Caramelizes.

  • In another pan, heat 1 cup almond milk.

  • Bring to a boil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped walnut, 1 tsp chopped almond, 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder, caramelized apple

  • Mix and allow to simmer

  • Serve chilled.
