This delicious apple and lactose-free milk-based dessert with the goodness and nutrients of dry fruits is a welcome change from a traditional Kheer recipe and it not only has the goodness of fruit but also has an aromatic flavor of cardamom.
Heat 2 tsp ghee in a sauce pan.
Add 1/4th cup grated apple and saute.
Add 1 tbsp sugar, cook till it Caramelizes.
In another pan, heat 1 cup almond milk.
Bring to a boil.
Add 1 tsp chopped walnut, 1 tsp chopped almond, 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder, caramelized apple
Mix and allow to simmer
