Apple Kheer Recipe

A sweet aromatic amalgamation of Nestlé A+ Milk, apple and nuts made in few minutes. Nourishing combinaion of Calcium, Fiber and Healthy Fats that can be relished warm or cold.

200.0 Ml(200.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Grated Cup(58.0 gm) Apple
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Walnut
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
1.0 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • Preparation

    Heat 1 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1/4th cup grated apple and sauté.

  • Once the apples are slightly browned, add 1 tbsp sugar, allow it to caramelize and keep aside.

  • Heat a frying pan at a low flame and pour in 200 ml Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Once the Nestlé A+ Milk starts boiling add 1 tsp chopped walnut, 1 tsp chopped almonds and 1/8th tsp elaichi powder.

  • Once a delicious aroma starts coming, add the previously caramelized apple and keep stirring.

  • Allow it to simmer for a few minutes before taking it off the flame and transferring to a serving bowl.

  • Serve cold.
