- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 4 tbsp oil and whisk well
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 8 tbsp wheat flour and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix gently.
- Step 4 Add 1/2 cup chopped apple, 20 raisins, 1 tbsp chocolate chips,1/8 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 6 Mix and fold the batter gently
- Step 7 Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius For 10 mins.
- Step 8 Pour the batter into mould and bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 mins until done.
