Apple Cinnamon Muffin Recipe

1/2 Cup(65.0 gm) Apple (Chopped )
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
8 Tbsp(70.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Chocolate Chips
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
20 No.(15.0 gm) Black Raisin
2 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar (Powder)
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
4 Tbsp(33.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 4 tbsp oil and whisk well

  • Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 8 tbsp wheat flour and mix well.

  • Add 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well.

  • Add 1/2 cup chopped apple, 20 raisins, 1 tbsp chocolate chips,1/8 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Mix and fold the batter.

  • Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius For 10 mins.

  • Pour the batter into mould and bake at 180 degree celsius For 15 mins.
