1/2 Cup(65.0 gm) Apple(Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Nutmeg Powder
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Curd
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a Blender, add 1/2 cup chopped apple, 1/2 cup curd, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4th tsp nutmeg powder.

  • Blend to a smooth consistency.

  • Now add 1 tsp chia seeds on top.

  • Serve chilled.
