- Step 1 In a bowl, 4 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
- Step 2 Pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix gently.
- Step 4 Fold in 1/4 cup chopped apple, 50g chopped cherries, 20 black raisins, 1 tbsp chocolate chips and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by chia seeds
- Step 6 Pour the batter in the mould
- Step 7 Bake until bread golden brown.
- Step 8 Remove bread from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Step 9 Enjoy this yummy treat!
