Apple Cheese Sandwich Recipe

A strengthening mix of vitamins and fiber from apple, calcium and protein from cheese that aids in strong bones, muscle and immunity of a child. Energy boosting meal for breakfast or snack.

2.0 3"(46.0 gm) Brown Wheat Bread
5.0 Grated Tbsp(80.0 gm) Apple
1/2 Grated Tbsp(4.0 gm) Cheese
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
  • Apply 2 tsp butter on both the bread slices.

  • On 1 slice, add 5 tbsp grated apple.

  • On the other slice, add 1/2 tbsp grated cheese and put it upside down on top of grated apple.

  • Cut into Two Halves.

  • Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
