2.0 3"(46.0 gm) Brown Wheat Bread
5.0 Grated Tbsp(80.0 gm) Apple
1/2 Grated Tbsp(4.0 gm) Cheese
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
Apply 2 tsp butter on both the bread slices.
On 1 slice, add 5 tbsp grated apple.
On the other slice, add 1/2 tbsp grated cheese and put it upside down on top of grated apple.
Cut into Two Halves.
Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
