In a bowl, add 1/2 cup chopped lettuce, 1 tbsp chopped celery stalk, 1/4th cup diced apple, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp tsp mustard sauce, 2 tsp olive oil, 1/4th salt and mix well.
