Apple Celery Nutty Mustard Sauce Salad Recipe

A hearty, holiday-worthy raw lettuce salad with chopped apple, crunchy walnuts and tossed in a zippy vinaigrette mustard dressing. It’s both vegetarian and gluten-free.

1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Celery Stalk
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup(24.0 gm) Lettuce
1/4 Diced Cup(39.0 gm) Apple
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut
2 Tsp(9.0 ml) Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tsp(11.0 gm) Mustard Sauce
2 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl, add 1/2 cup chopped lettuce, 1 tbsp chopped celery stalk, 1/4th cup diced apple, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp tsp mustard sauce, 2 tsp olive oil, 1/4th salt and mix well.
