- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1/4 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup each of diced sweet potato and apple, 1/8 cup chopped carrot and saute.
- Step 3
Then, add 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper powder and stir well.
- Step 4
Add water as required, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 5
Put off the heat, and puree with a blender.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnuts.
- Step 7
Serve.
