- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 cup diced onion, 1/8 cup diced capsicum and saute until soft.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup diced tomato, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and mix well
- Step 3 Add 1/8 cup diced apple, 1/4 tsp each of salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 4 Pour in some water and stir well
- Step 5 Cover the pan and cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 Turn off the heat and blend until smooth using a hand blender
- Step 7 Add 1/4 cup diced apple on top and serve in a bowl.
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnuts
- Step 9 Serve warm
