1 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Beet Root
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Lemon Juice
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.5 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion
1.5 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) Tomato
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/4 Chopped Cup(32.0 gm) Apple
  • In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup finely chopped apple, 1 tbsp finely chopped beetroot, 1.5 tbsp finely chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp finely chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp finely chopped green chilli, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp garden cress seeds, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
