High Fiber and Protein rich wholesome grain Barley also known as Jau offers a nice chewy texture. Apple imparts a refreshing flavor and makes it a very fulfilling meal for any hour of the day.
Soak 1/4th cup barley and keep aside.
Melt 1 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1/4th cup soaked barley.
Once slightly reduced, add 1/4th cup diced apple and pour in 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.
Allow the Nestlé A+ Milk to simmer for a few minutes.
Once fully cooked take off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with almond slices.
Serve hot with honey as required.
