Apple Barfi Recipe

Barfi is a dense Nestlé A+ Milk-based sweet from India. This Apple Barfi recipe is a quick-to-make sweet. It is a delicious melt-in-the-mouth post-meal dessert!

1 Tbsp(0.48 gm) Ghee
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Apple
1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Cinnamon
2 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Apple
1.5 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar
2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Khoa
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • Take a frying pan and heat it at a low flame.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk

  • Mix it well to dissolve the sugar evenly and it becomes slightly thicker.

  • Fold in 2 tbsp khoa,1/8 tsp cinnamon and making sure its uniformly mixed.

  • Put in 2 tbsp chopped apple as well and mix.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped apple to greased tin.

  • Transfer Barfi into Tin, let it cool, and then cut into the desired size.

  • Serve warm or cold.
