1/4 Slice Cup(41.0 gm) Banana
3.0 Chopped Tbsp(37.0 gm) Dates
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Cream
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
Take a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup sliced banana, 1/2 cup diced apples, 3 tbsp chopped dates, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp cream.
Mix properly and transfer to a serving platter.
Serve fresh with milk.
