Apple Banana Date Salad Recipe

Packed with nutrients and an antioxidant rich salad, this combination of apples, bananas and dates makes a perfect salad to be had as a mid morning snack.

1/2 Cup(79.0 gm) Apple (Diced)

1/4 Cup(41.0 gm) Banana (Slice)
ingredients
3 Tbsp(37.0 gm) Dates (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Cream
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
  • Take a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup sliced banana, 1/2 cup diced apples, 3 tbsp chopped dates, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp cream.

  • Mix properly and transfer to a serving platter.

  • Serve fresh with milk.
