Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp rai let it crackle.
- Step 2
Now add 2 tbsp chopped onions and 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, saute well.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 th tsp haldi, 1/4 th tsp red chili powder, 1/4 th tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, mix well.
- Step 4
Add cooked urad dal and mix well.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped Coriander leaves.
