Amritsari Dal Recipe

1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly Powder

  • Heat a kadhai, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp rai let it crackle.

  • Now add 2 tbsp chopped onions and 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, saute well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chili powder, 1/4th tsp salt, and 1/4th tsp mango powder, mix well.

  • Add 1/4th cup cooked black gram dal and mix well.

  • Garnish with Coriander leaves.
