- Step 1 In a bowl, add chana dal batter, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp fruit salt and mix it gently
- Step 2 Mix well and set aside
- Step 3 Grease a stainless steel plate and pour the prepared batter.
- Step 4 Cover and place the plate in the steamer.
- Step 5 Cook until done and allow it cool
- Step 6 Crumble dhokla into fine crumbs.
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tbsp sev, 2 tbsp pomegranate and 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Serve fresh.
