Amiri Khaman Recipe

1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Fruit Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
0.24 Tsp(0.79 ml) Oil
40.0 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add batter.

  • Add 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp fruit salt and mix.

  • Grease the plate with oil, pour the batter in plate.

  • Cover it with lid

  • Allow to cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

  • For Tempering

    Add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 4 kadi patta leaves, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp chopped green chillies.

  • Pour tadka on khaman.

  • Top it with nylon sev.

  • Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Scrumble dhokla.

  • Add 2 tbsp pomegranate, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve fresh.
