- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute
- Step 2 Add cooked tur dal, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp tamarind pulp.
- Step 3 Mix everything together and let it simmer
- Step 4 Pour in some water and 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder.
- Step 5 Simmer for 2 minutes and stir well.
- Step 6 Give it Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
