Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 5 kadi patta, 1 red chili, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 green chili, 1/4 tsp haldi and 1.5 cup chopped red amaranth leaves.
- Step 3
Saute well.
- Step 4
To this mixture, add 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Take it off the flame and serve hot.
