- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1 cup chopped amaranth leaves and saute well.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 4 tsp powdered peanut, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4 Cover and cook for a while.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
