- Step 1 In a bowl, add 4 tbsp rajgira flour, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera and mix well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3 Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4 Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each into a round shape
- Step 5 Heat a tawa, place the roti and roast on both the sides until light brown using ghee
- Step 6 Serve hot
