- Step 1 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1 dry red chilli, 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera and saute well.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp urad dal, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 5 Now add 1/4 cup boiled diced potato, 1 cup chopped amaranth leaves, water as required and saute.
- Step 6 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder.
- Step 7 Close with lid and allow to cook.
- Step 8 Add 2 tsp grated fresh coconut.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 10 Serve hot with rice.
