1/3 Chopped Cup(13.0 gm) Amaranth Leaves
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Masoor Dal
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
1 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Moong Dal
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
1 Cup(125.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
  • In a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.

  • Now, add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/3rd cup chopped amaranth leaves and saute well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp moong dal, 2 tbsp rice, 1 tbsp masoor dal, water and mix well.

  • Pressure cook for 4 whistles.

  • Serve hot.
