In a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
Now, add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/3rd cup chopped amaranth leaves and saute well.
Add 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp moong dal, 2 tbsp rice, 1 tbsp masoor dal, water and mix well.
Pressure cook for 4 whistles.
