- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped tomato.
- Step 2 Mix everything well
- Step 3 Add 1 cup chopped amaranth leaves and saute until it softens
- Step 4 Season with 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 cup coconut milk.
- Step 5 Mix well and add 1/4 tsp salt for taste and simmer for 2 minutes
- Step 6 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 7 Serve warm with chapati
