Alu Kopi Chhanar Dalna Motor Shuti Diye Recipe

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/2 tsp kalonji, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi and mix well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th cup chopped potato, 4 cauliflower florets, 2 tbsp peas and add water as required.

  • Cover and cook till done.

  • Serve hot with chapatti.
