A traditional vegetable made with cauliflower, peas and potato with Indian spices is an easy to cook, nutritious sabji to make a meal complete.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/2 tsp kalonji, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi and mix well.
Add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th cup chopped potato, 4 cauliflower florets, 2 tbsp peas and add water as required.
Cover and cook till done.
Serve hot with chapatti.
