- Step 1 In a heated pan, add 1.5 tsp mustard oil, and mix in panch phoran, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, and 1/4 tsp red chili powder.
- Step 2 Saute all the ingredients well for 2 minutes.
- Step 3 Now add 2 tbsp chopped potato, 5 cauliflower florets, 2 tbsp chopped carrot and 1/4 tsp salt, along with water as required.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 5 Allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 6 Serve it hot with roti.
