Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1.5 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup chopped colocasia leaves, boiled peanuts and mix together
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 4
Cook all together over low flame
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1 tsp tamarind and mix well
- Step 6
Add boiled chana dal and pour in little water
- Step 7
Give it Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 8
Simmer until everything combines well
- Step 9
Serve hot with rice.
