1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger (Grated)

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a heated pan add 2 tsp Oil, 1/4 tsp Jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped Garlic, 1/4 tsp grated Ginger, 1 tbsp chopped Onion, 1 tbsp chopped Tomato, 1/4 tsp Haldi, 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 cup chopped Beans and 1/4 cup chopped Potato.

  • Mix all the ingredients well and add water as required.

  • Cover and cook this mixture for 5 min.

  • Tasty Alu Beans Dalna is ready to serve.
