This vegetable is combination of potato and beans making it rich in protein and calories.
In a heated pan add 2 tsp Oil, 1/4 tsp Jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped Garlic, 1/4 tsp grated Ginger, 1 tbsp chopped Onion, 1 tbsp chopped Tomato, 1/4 tsp Haldi, 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 cup chopped Beans and 1/4 cup chopped Potato.
Mix all the ingredients well and add water as required.
Cover and cook this mixture for 5 min.
