- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2/3 cup boiled mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 3 Mash and mix everything together.
- Step 4 Take small portions and shape into tikkis.
- Step 5 Heat a pan with 4 tsp oil and shallow fry the tikkis.
- Step 6 Flip and fry both sides evenly.
- Step 7 Serve hot with chutney.
