1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Mustard Oil
  • Prepreparation

    Boil 1/4th potatoes and cut into cubes.

  • Preparation

    For making aloo pyaaj chochori In a kadhai, add 1 tsp mustard oil, 1/8th tsp kalonji, 2 green chilies, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp sugar, 1/4th cup boiled potato, 1/4th tsp coriander leaves and stir well.

  • Serve it with chapati. Enjoy.
