- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1.5 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and cook until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 cup chopped cabbage and little water.
- Step 4 Cover and cook until soft
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt and little water
- Step 6 Cover and cook until soft
- Step 7 Add 1/8 cup potato, 1/4 tsp garam masala and combine everything well
- Step 8 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 9 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 10 Serve hot with rotis.
