Potato Cabbage Dry Vegetable Recipe

Cabbage is rich in vitamin C which is a richest antioxidant. it also provides phytonutrients thus is packed with micronutrients.

  • In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/8th tsp Rai, 1/8 tsp jeera , 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well.

  • Now add 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 cup chopped cabbage and 25 ml water.

  • Cover with lid and allow it to cook.

  • Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt, water, cover the lid and cook.

  • Now add 1/8 cup potato and 1/4 tsp garam masala. Mix well.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
