Aloo Patta Gobi is prepared using vitamin C-rich cabbage which is a rich source of antioxidants. It also provides phytonutrients and thus is packed with micronutrients.

In a pan, heat 1.5 tsp oil.
Add 1/8 tsp Rai, 1/8 tsp jeera , 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well.
Now add 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 cup chopped cabbage and 25 ml water.
Cover with lid and allow it to cook.
Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, water, cover the lid and cook.
Now add 1/8 cup potato and 1/4 tsp garam masala. Mix well.
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
