Cabbage is rich in vitamin C which is a richest antioxidant. it also provides phytonutrients thus is packed with micronutrients.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4th tsp mustard seeds, 1/4th tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add 1/2 cup onions, 1/4th cup tomato and mix well.
Now add 1/4th tsp coriander powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 cup cabbage and 25 ml water.
Cover with lid and allow it to cook.
Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1 tbsp green capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt, 25 ml water, cover the lid and cook.
Now add 1/2 cup potato and 1/4th tsp garam masala. Mix well.
Garnish with 1/2 tsp coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
