Steps
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1
- Step 2 5 tsp oil
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp Rai, 1/8 tsp jeera , 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1
- Step 5 5 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well
- Step 6 Now add 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 cup chopped cabbage and 25 ml water
- Step 7 Cover with lid and allow it to cook
- Step 8 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, water, cover the lid and cook
- Step 9 Now add 1/8 cup potato and 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Step 10 Mix well
- Step 11 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis
