- Step 1 To make the filling for the paratha, take 1/2 cup boiled potatoes in a mixing

- Step 8 Now, roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
- Step 9 Carefully fill the stuffing between two rolledout sheets of dough.

- Step 12 Apply 1.5 tsp ghee and roast on a heated tawa.
