PrePreparation
- Step 1 Boil 1/2 cup chopped potatoes.
- Step 2 Knead the dough using 3.5 tbsp wheat flour and water.

For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl, add boiled potatoes,1/4 tsp of salt,1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp gingergarlic paste,1/4 tsp ajwain, and 1/4 tsp jeera.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tbsp of coriander leaves and mash all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Keep the mixture aside.

For Paratha
- Step 1 Divide into equal parts, and roll it into a round shape.
- Step 2 Place the stuffing in the center and seal the edges.
- Step 3 Roll out into a round paratha, heat a nonstick tawa, and place the paratha.
- Step 4 Add 1.5 tsp ghee and roast it from both sides until done.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
