2.0 Boiled Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Potato
9.0 Cube(36.0 gm) Paneer
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.23 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and a little water and mix it properly.
Now add 2 tbsp potato and paneer cubes.
Close with lid and allow to cook.
Add 1/4 tsp salt and garnish with 1/4 tsp coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve hot with rotis or parathas.
