- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder and a little water
- Step 3 Mix everything together
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp boiled chopped potato and paneer cubes.
- Step 5 Cover with a lid and allow to cook.
- Step 6 Add 1/4 tsp salt for taste and garnish with 1/4 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve hot with rotis
