Aloo Paneer Sabji Recipe

Aloo Paneer Sabji is prepared using paneer which is a rich source of vegetarian dairy protein and also contains good amount of vitamins and minerals like calcium.

2.0 Boiled Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Potato
9.0 Cube(36.0 gm) Paneer
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.23 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and a little water and mix it properly.

  • Now add 2 tbsp potato and paneer cubes.

  • Close with lid and allow to cook.

  • Add 1/4 tsp salt and garnish with 1/4 tsp coriander leaves.

  • Mix well and serve hot with rotis or parathas.
