Mildly spiced curry where potatoes are cooked in a yogurt based gravy. A child friendly recipe great for summers, that goes best with steamed rice or phulka. Tasty and easy recipe that fits great for everyday menu.
Boil ½ cup potato and dice them.
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil, 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion and sauté well.
Add 4 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Now add 1/2 cup diced potato mix well and then add ½ cup curd.
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
