- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and saute until soft
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, little water and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp boiled green peas, 1/2 cup boiled diced potato and mix well
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt for taste and tomato puree
- Step 6 Cover and cook until done.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve hot
