Aloo matar is an easy potato and green peas Indian curry for weekdays, made with basic ingredients. its a perfect recipe for vegan & gluten-free.Its taste best when served hot rice or chapatti.
Boil potato and peas. Keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil in kadai.
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1 tsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder. Saute well.
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and water as required & mix.
Add 3 tbsp boiled peas, 1 cup boiled and diced potato.
Mix well, top it with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Give final touches by adding in 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Serve hot with rotis.
