Potato Fresh Peas Dry Vegetable Recipe

1/2 Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • Boil potato and peas. Keep aside.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in kadai.

  • Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1 tsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder. Saute well.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and water as required & mix.

  • Add 3 tbsp boiled peas, 1 cup boiled and diced potato.

  • Mix well, top it with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Give final touches by adding in 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Serve hot with rotis.
