- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/8 cup paneer cubes and saute until golden brown and set aside.
- Step 2 Heat the same kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle
- Step 3 Add onion puree, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
- Step 4 Add tomato puree and season with 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi and salt for taste
- Step 5 Cook until all spices combine well
- Step 6 Add 1/4th cup fresh peas, 1/4th cup diced potato, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 8 Add a little water, cover and let it simmer.
- Step 9 Add the sautéed paneer and mix well.
- Step 10 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Step 11 Serve hot.
