- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp mustard oil in a pan.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup diced karela and sauté well for 23 minutes. Keep aside.
- Step 3 In another pan, heat 1 tsp mustard oil.
- Step 4 Add panch phoran, then add 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté until the onions
- Step 5 turn light golden.
- Step 6 Now add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp sugar,
- Step 7 and saute.
- Step 8 Add 2 tbsp boiled chopped potato and 1/4 cup chopped brinjal, and mix.
- Step 9 Finish by adding the sautéed karela and mix well.
- Step 10 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 11 Add water as needed, cover, and cook until the vegetables are wellcooked.
- Step 12 Serve hot with rotis or chapatis.
