  • Take a mixing bowl, make panch poran by adding 1/4th tsp each of kalonji, saunf, methi, rai, jeera and mixing properly. Keep aside.

  • Take a frying pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add the previously made panch poran mix.

  • Once the spice mix is cooked add 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1tbsp chopped tomato and sauté.

  • Once the onions are slightly translucent, add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt and sauté.

  • Add 2 tbsp of boiled chopped potato and 4 cauliflower florets and mix.

  • Add in a little water, cover and cook until vegetables are well done.

  • Serve hot.
