- Step 1 In a heated pan, add 1.5 tsp mustard oil, and mix in panch phoran, 1
- Step 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp
- Step 3 dhania powder, and 1/4 tsp red chili powder.
- Step 4 Sauté all the ingredients well for 2 minutes.
- Step 5 Now add 2 tbsp chopped potato, 5 cauliflower florets, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, and 1/4 tsp salt, along with water as required.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 8 Serve it hot with roti.
