Nutrition Information per serve
In a heated pan add 1.5 tsp Mustard Oil, Panch Poran,1 tbsp copped Onion,1 tbsp chopped Tomato,1/4 tsp Haldi,1/4 tsp Dhania powder and 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder.
Saute all the ingredients well for 2 min.
Now add 2 tbsp chopped Potato, 5 Cauliflower Florets, 2 tbsp chopped Carrot,add salt and water as required.
Allow it to cook for 5 min.
Serve it hot with roti.
