- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 2 tbsp chopped potato and a little water.
- Step 3 Cover with a lid and cook until soft
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 5 Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot with roti or rice
