Potato Fry Dry Vegetable Recipe

Dry roasted aloo fry vegetable is a typical Indian side dish served with any regular food to add spice and flavor. The easiest recipe to cook and delicious in taste.

1/2 Cup(91.0 gm) Potato (Boiled Diced)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera

1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.2 gm) Red Chilly (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.

  • While stirring, add 1/4th tsp chopped red chillies, 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 cup boiled diced potatoes and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Mix well and serve hot with chapatti.
