Dry roasted aloo fry vegetable is a typical Indian side dish served with any regular food to add spice and flavor. The easiest recipe to cook and delicious in taste.
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
While stirring, add 1/4th tsp chopped red chillies, 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 cup boiled diced potatoes and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix well and serve hot with chapatti.
