For Batter
- Step 1 In bowl add 50 gm besan, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, and water as required
- Step 2 Mix well.

For Chab
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup mashed potato, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3 Mix well and make small tikkis.
- Step 4 Coat in besan mixture.
- Step 5 Deep fry till golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
