- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp mustard oil in a pan, add 1 dry red chilli, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup julienne onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, mix and keep aside.
- Step 3 In a bowl add 1/4 cup boiled and mashed potatoes and add tempering.
- Step 4 Mash all the ingredients with 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 6 Garnish with coriander leaves
- Step 7 Serve warm with dal and rice.
