Aloo Bhajiya - thin potato slices coated with besan, flavoured with spices and the deep fried till crisp. A quick and easy Evening snack moist and soft on the inside with a crisp outer covering, the best tea time snack to have in almost all homes.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp besan, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/8th tsp ajwain and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Add water and mix well.
Dip 10 potato slices in the batter.
Heat oil for frying. Deep fry the potato slices till crispy
