- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and mix everything
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup french beans, season with 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4 Pour in little water and cook until it softens
- Step 5 Add 1/2 cup boiled potato and mix well
- Step 6 Garnish with 1/4 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 8 Tasty aloo beans sabji is ready to be served with chapati.
