Steps
- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 cup diced potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi and saute it well
- Step 2 Add 8 kadi patta, 1/2 cup chopped brinjal and mix it well
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp tamarind pulp and enough water
- Step 4 Cover and cook well
- Step 5 Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6 Serve it hot
