- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 cup diced potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 4 kadi patta, 1/2 cup diceed brinjal and mix it well.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp tamarind pulp and enough water.
- Step 4
Cover and cook well.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Serve it hot.
