- Step 1 In a mixing bowl add 2.5 tbsp grated beetroot, 2.5 tbsp chopped potato, 3.5 tbsp
- Step 2 wheat flour, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp
- Step 3 chilli powder and 1/4 tsp mango powder, add required water to knead the dough.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Make a ball and roll into paratha.
- Step 6 Take a pan add 1.5 tsp ghee and roast the paratha on both sides.
- Step 7 Serve with 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd.
