Almond Paratha With Ghee Recipe

Almond paratha is a powerful nutrient packed healthy breakfast option.Its rich in iron, calcium and protein. Its taste best when served with ghee/ butter.

Nutritional info

3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Almond (Powder)
2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Jaggery (Powder)
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
As Required(40.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp Almond powder, 2 tsp jaggery powder, 1 tsp ghee, black sesame seeds and water.

  • Knead it into a dough and form a ball.

  • Roll into paratha.

  • Heat a tava and roast both sides with the remaining ghee.

  • Serve hot.
