Almond paratha is a powerful nutrient packed healthy breakfast option.Its rich in iron, calcium and protein. Its taste best when served with ghee/ butter.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp Almond powder, 2 tsp jaggery powder, 1 tsp ghee, black sesame seeds and water.
Knead it into a dough and form a ball.
Roll into paratha.
Heat a tava and roast both sides with the remaining ghee.
