- Step 1 In a blender add peeled almonds, little water and grind to a smooth paste
- Step 2 Pass through a sieve, gather the milk and set aside
- Step 3 Heat a pan add 1 tsp ghee, add 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped pista and roast
- Step 4 Add soaked soya granules and cook for a minute
- Step 5 Add almond milk, 1.5 tbsp sugar and stir until it dissolves
- Step 6 Simmer until it thickens
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle twist by adding saffron
- Step 8 Serve warm
