- Step 1 Dry roast 50 almonds until light brown.
- Step 2 Allow it to cool and grind to a fine powder.
- Step 3 Dry roast 1/4 cup grated fresh coconut until light brown.
- Step 4 Heat 1.5 tbsp ghee in a pan, add 2 tbsp chopped cashewnut and saute until golden.
- Step 5 In a bowl, roasted almond powder, roasted coconut, 3 tbsp jaggery powder, 2 tbsp roasted cashew nut and 1.5 tbsp ghee.
- Step 6 Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kesar strands.
- Step 8 Take a portion of the mix and shape them into round ladoos.
- Step 9 Enjoy these nutty ladoos.
